Welcome to MAV100 University
We are building a learn to earn system that will have explicitly measurable metrics for adoption. We are building classes that include core competencies and meet 120 class hour requirements for secondary school coursework in the US to earn 1 graduation credit. We are currently building a course in Blockchain Literacy, Telecommunications Network Design Installation and Maintenance, Direct Sales Techniques, and Decentralized Governance and Leadership Principles that includes Cardano DRep training.
The purpose of this template is to organize the first couple meetings and is designed to be the script to produce videos for use in local advertising efforts.
Blockchain Literacy takes a step by step approach starting students out with classes that teach about the basic components of a blockchain including wallets, validators, smart contracts, DAOs, consensus mechanisms. We then move students to use a testnet and learn basic operations. After the first half of the class students will create their own wallet and receive enough Ada from the stake pool rewards to get started on the blockchain and complete the class.
This class teaches basic civics reviewing historical societal governance structures and their results. We cover philosophy of leadership and review the history of some of the most influential leaders in history. We then help student form their own leadership philosophy and train them to become DReps in the local community cooperative for their school district. Finally we teach students about the process for becoming a Cardano DRep and hold elections for a DRep that the community cooperative will nominate to represent the community in the Volatire Governance system.
We cover the primary components of our data connectivity system. We teach Cable, Fiber Optic, Phone Line and Radio network physical infrastructure. We Introduce Radio Frequency technology and RF Propagation basics. We have a section on CBRS and Cell Band regulations and the basic functionality of 4G LTE and 5G.
This class is 50% theory and technique and 50% field practice. The first months of the class teach basic techniques and sales theory. After students reach a basic level of competency we mix field time and reflection. Student go out and practice list building, follow ups and closing, and customer service/requests. Then we will spend class time reviewing and improving.

Local Community Starter Template
Objective: This Community starter template will give the founders of each area cooperative the tools to build a core group of students, teachers, and business leaders to build strong foundations for a new community cooperative.
- A New Generation: Students who are capable of starting and sustaining businesses within the community.
- Economic Growth: Increased local business activity and local control of key infrastructure leading to job creation and economic development.
- Community Resilience: A network of local businesses that can support each other and the broader community in times of economic stress and resist centralizing powers.
- Computer and internet access.
- Access to Email.
- Self Driven Account(Created in the first lesson.
- Previous Lessons: None
- Transparency: All processes, from funding to decision-making, should be clear and accessible to all members.
- Inclusivity: Ensure that the program is open to all community members, regardless of background or economic status.
- Sustainability: Businesses should be encouraged to operate with sustainability in mind, considering environmental and social impacts.
- Funding: Our SPOs produce blocks and we use the Ada rewards to fund our learn to earn programs
- Mentorship and work study programs: Pairing new entrepreneurs and trades people with experienced business owners and industry experts.
- Build real infrastructure: We are building a physical infrastructure layer and organizational model for community owned business.
- Educational Materials: MAV100 using the Self Driven Level Up App Provides an extensive series of modules and lesson material
